tasty food complimentary wine room respite broken safe difficulty door
the room provided a wonderful respite. i specifically enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks provided. the rooftop restaurant provided very tasty food.
The value for money felt somewhat off. the hotel does not reflect luxury as advertised. our room safe was broken during the entirety of our stay. we also experienced difficulties with the door.

hot water poor cleaning
I faced a significant issue with hot water. The cleaning staff did not perform well at all. I had asked for transport to our cruise ship and specified the port, but the driver misunderstood, assumed a different port and price, costing me €140 more than quoted.

Really good Service and Cleanliness
polite staff room cleanliness
The staff were very polite and also very helpful. I found lovely cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. I was given a complimentary drink upon check-in and wine plus snacks in my room! The room was indeed fantastic and well furnished.
I experienced that rooms on the first floor have poor sound insulation. I could hear conversations from the reception area clearly, a slight disturbance! There is also a piano next to the reception, which intoxicated guests played late at night.

The hotel offers underground access and is situated close to all central areas that you may want to visit. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, and the location is generally advantageous for city exploration.

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. They were great too, arranged taxis and promptly addressing requests. They even stored my bags after checkout. The breakfast service was excellent.

terrible window insulation ugly area
The location was convenient for walking to many sights. The staff were very helpful.
My room faced a VERY busy boulevard, and the window insulation was terrible. It seemed like I was sleeping next to a highway (i couldn't sleep at all). The area around the hotel is also quite ugly.

Really good Service and Great Location
helpful staff juice service breakfast variety
The staff was helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport for me. I received juice upon arrival, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with a wide variety of options (I really enjoyed the fresh fruit!).
